With a fee income in excess of £120million pa and employing 500 staff, our client is the strategic consulting and management consultancy division of a leading international plc. Servicing clients in the built environment sectors, including transportation and infrastructure, this business provides high level strategic services and advice to a broad range of public and private sector clients.

The operating unit is seen to signify the future direction of this company as they evolve into a company like no other, and is seeking to grow through top line, volume growth and bottom line margin improvement. As a consequence of these growth aspirations, this company contracted the services of Loxwood Moore to appoint someone able to truly transform the core of its business.   We targeted those employed in the ‘big four’, as well as other appropriate consultants, and identified someone able to work in close collaboration with the sector leads as well as the central group sales function. This is an externally facing role to build client relationships, identify and develop opportunities, and lead strategic marketing and sales activities.
