Job Title : Managing Director, Buildings and Property
Our client delivers a diverse range of projects in the hi-tech, industrial, research, aviation, rail, education, infrastructure, and defence sectors. The group works closely with a range of in-house services to bring a unique blend of technical excellence and a single source capability to clients. Their integrated design teams are shifting the emphasis of building design for their clients from a single discipline mindset to one of fully integrated thinking; working enthusiastically and seamlessly across disciplines using BIM and other tools to deliver high value sustainable solutions.
Based from the UK, this appointment is to lead a team of some 800 professionally qualified staff across an international region consisting of over 15 offices. It was our objective to identify and successfully hire an internationally experienced business leader with a demonstrable track record in several of the following disciplines; structural engineering, building surveying, cost management, management consultancy, digital solutions, estates & valuations, building services, project management and architecture. Core to this search was ensuring that the candidate hired had the vision and drive to meet the expectations of this forward-thinking ambitious business.
