  • Director of Major Programmes.  Recruited from an international assignment to lead a UK based Programme Management business. Appointments previously delivered by the candidate include High Speed Two, HeathrowT5, London 2012 and several major transport upgrades in the Middle East and Asia-Pacific.
  • Sales Director, Digital. Responsible for a cloud based Asset Management solution for railways and metro’s around the world. The company utilises a secure iot platform providing analytics and visualisation that builds on a deep understanding of the challenges that face customers. All systems and tools designed will significantly improve safety, reliability, revenue and costs.
  • Regional Managing Director, Netherlands and Northern Europe.  Accountable for P&L and business development within the buildings and infrastructure market for The Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Denmark and Sweden.
  • Cities Development Director. A key leadership appointment to formulate and implement a strategy to advance relationships with major cities. To advise how cities should grow their infrastructure and real estate, ensuring that occupants receive what they need and want from the local and surrounding areas.
  • Programme Director (Rail), Canada.  An executive leadership hire that will lead to the successful delivery of a $23bn (CAD) programme in a challenging brownfield rail environment.  This was a global search that required a deep network of contacts, most notably in the US, Canada, UK, Middle East and Asia-Pacific.
  • Operations Director and Group Sales Director, Nuclear. Two main board appointments for a business that plays a key role in the UK and international nuclear industry. The organisation contributes to reducing the cost of clean-up and decommissioning, maintaining assets and developing products.
  • Management Consultancy, Group CFO. Reporting to the CEO, the candidate appointed is leading the finance team and representing this AIM listed business at board level. The CFO is driving the firm’s access to capital markets through engaging with both existing and new finance partners.
  • International Systems-Integration Contractor, Business Development Director. A main board appointment for this £500million turnover transportation business, Loxwood Moore appointed the work winning director who is redefining customer relationships and the market strategy during a period of considerable transition.
  • Programme Commercial Director, tier 1 contractor. Based in Sellafield, Loxwood Moore appointed the commercial leader of a major nuclear new build programme for this complex three-way joint venture. The PCD will maximise the commercial performance of the project through the implementation of a new commercial strategy and ambitious targets.
  • International Rail Consultancy, High Speed Rail Programme. Loxwood Moore was contracted to appoint a Director capable of shaping the business to ensure it was fit for purpose by implementing recognised processes, procedures and safety (by design) standards for this new market entrant to the UK.
  • UK Managing Director, Engineering Consultant. The remit was to recruit a Managing Director reporting to the Group CEO, capable of delivering transformational and behavioural change while ensuring short term results for a business unit consisting of some 3,000 engineering professionals, with a fee income in excess of £300 million per annum. The search concentrated on engineering, advisory and programme consultants operating in the Rail, Highways, Aviation, Utilities and Property sectors.
  • Managing Director, UK based railway signalling contractor. Loxwood Moore was contracted to deliver the assesment of internal candidates, and to provide robust psychometric testing.
  • Business Development and Strategy Director, global engineering company.  Our remit is to hire a highly connected infrastructure expert who is able to develop a strategy for the APAC region. The appointed candidate will connect with appropriate customers and existing accounts, as well as advise on M&A activity.
  • Middle East Directors & PD’s, numerous appointments throughout the Middle East in the Buildings, Infrastructure and Energy markets.
  • Divisional Director, major tier 1 contractor servicing the Highways England Smart Motorways Programme.  A niche search that took required Loxwood Moore to identify a leading name in collaborative working.
  • Group Health and Safety Director, major water authority seeking to go through a major transformation programme.
  • Operations & Transformation Director, global turnkey contractor.  Based in London, our hire is to drive operations, supply chain, engineering management, lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and business process improvement.
  • Programme Delivery Director, leading engineering & programme management company.  A divisional start up requiring a highly connected work winner able to connect with clients to ensure profitable work capture.
  • Director of Programme Management Services and Project Controls.  Our mandate was to hire a technical leader able to manage clients, generate revenue and assume accountability for over 100 people across the EMEA region.
  • Strategic Programme Delivery Director (HS2), four company D&B joint venture requiring a railway expert who can demonstrate connectivity, commercial leadership, organisational development and stakeholder management.
  • Business Director for Power/Transmission and Distribution,.  Our client was a leading engineering consultancy and an new entrant to this market.  It was essential that we hired a highly connected technical expert, who could build profitable revenue within a short period of time.
  • Head of Commercial, railway and infrastructure contractor.
  • Non Executive Director (OBE), non for profit trade association.  Loxwood Moore hired and outstanding business leader who will ensure the optimum safety, sustainability, innovation and affordability of 1.5million annual Street Works undertaken by the UK’s utility providers, contractors and suppliers for electricity, gas, water, sewage and telecomms markets.
  • Construction Director (main board).  Loxwood Moore delivered an outstanding candidate for this privately owned contractor servicing the London ‘super-prime/high end residential’ sector.  Our scope of work was to assess internal applicants and identify a robust shortlist of candidates have experience in refurbishing homes with individual values up to £100m per dwelling.
